One of the first few things I did on the morning of my 19th birthday was accidently cut a snails willy off, so probably every birthday for the rest of my life I will think of that poor little chappy. I saw on a nature programme that snails are hermaphrodites though, so theres hope yet. Perhaps others snails will just enjoy its womanly charms. That makes me feel better. My mam bought me an epilator, so I will spend most of my 22nd wincing in pain. Oooh, but Ill be lovely and smooth when Im done.

Well, I thought the poor little thing had a little bit of fishing wire snagged to its head or something, so I snipped it off so it wouldn't get caught on anything and rip its head open. Then I got a flashback to a nature programme and a horrible feeling came over me, so I checked the net. In my defence, I really never thought it would come out of the side of their heads!
